01Capture
Write it down the way you say it.
Type “Call the contractor tomorrow at 9” and Crescendo reads the date and time from the sentence. Press ⇧⌘Space in any app to add a to-do before the thought is gone.

02Delegate
Hand a to-do to an agent.
Pick a to-do and press ⇧⌘D. The agent works in the project’s own folder, and you see each step while it happens.

03Review
Approve before it counts.

A day that actually fits.
Ask the agent to plan your day. It lays the to-dos out around the meetings in your calendar and keeps some time free. The plan arrives as a card, and nothing moves until you add it to the calendar.

Before you ask.
Short answers about the beta, your data and what you need to run Crescendo.
A chat window waits for you to type. Crescendo starts from your list. You hand a to-do to the agent, it works with real files in a folder you choose, and the result comes back to the same to-do for you to approve.
A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 15 or later. For the agent you also need Claude Code installed and signed in, with a Claude plan or an API key. Lists, projects, goals and the calendar work without it.
Crescendo is free during the beta. After the beta, some features, including ones you can use today, may move to paid plans. The agent’s work is billed by Anthropic under your own Claude plan or API key, not by us.
In one database file on your Mac, with a daily backup and a Trash that keeps deleted items for 30 days. There is no Crescendo account or server, and the app sends no telemetry. When the agent works on a to-do, what it reads goes to Anthropic through your Claude Code, under your Claude account’s terms. You can export everything to one JSON file at any time.
Yes, for your lists, projects, goals, focus timer and the calendars on your Mac. The agent needs a connection, because Claude Code talks to Anthropic.
The to-do stays open until you approve it. The agent works in its own folder, and you see every file it changed, line by line. Send it back with notes and it tries again, or dismiss the result and finish the to-do yourself. You can stop a run at any moment, and in Plan only mode the agent suggests without editing anything.
The calendars on your Mac, through Apple Calendar, including Google and other accounts you added in System Settings. Your events sit next to your to-dos, and a to-do with a time becomes a block you can drag.
The code goes public on GitHub when the public beta opens.
